The telecom operator’s new international roaming packs will offer free incoming calls, free texts to India and ample data benefits along with free India calling minutes across popular destinations.

Charges for calls to India and local in-country calls have been reduced to Rs 3 per minute. Post the exhaustion of pack data benefits, international roaming data will be charged at Rs 3 per MB, a reduction of 99% from Rs 650 per MB, the company said in a statement.

 Airtel has also launched a special pack that offers unlimited 4G data for three months starting at Rs 1,495 for existing users, and at Rs 1,494 for new users on first recharge.

The pack is currently available in Delhi and will be launched across other circles over the next few days. Airtel prepaid users can also to avail existing active offers available.
